Service Description

Private virtual session with a Birth Specialist (midwife, doula, etc) designed to optimize your prenatal, birth, and postpartum experience. Having a baby brings on so many new changes beyond the physical changes in your body and your birth specialist will assist you process and understand the many changes you will encounter on your journey. Whether this is your first pregnancy or your are looking for a different experience this time around, we can answer those lingering questions and help you develop tools to strengthen your mind, body, and soul. These sessions are currently all virtual, we can't wait to host in-person sessions soon!
